2010 Child Tax Credit Receipts
Bolton Braves Baseball 2010 Child Tax Credit receipts have been made available to all directly from the website.
To download and/or print your 2010 receipt please follow the steps below;
1) Click on the Parent/Guardian option on the side menu
2) Log in with your ID and Password from when you registered online. If you forgot your password, click on Forgot your password? and it will be emailed to you directly. If you did not register online, please send an email to John Cooke, President jjddcooke@sympatico.ca with the subject line "ID/Password" and an ID and Temporary Password will be emailed to you and you can continue on with step 3.
3) Once logged in, the first screen will display your profile (name, address etc.) which you should review and edit where required.
4) Click on the Registration History Tab (to the right of the Profile Tab) to display your registration history.
5) Click on the Receipt icon (to the right of balance) to open up the tax receipt form.
6) Print this Tax Receipt Form or Save to your PC

2011 Playing Up Requests Rules and Requirements
Rep players wishing to "play up" for the 2011 season may do so as per the Bolton Braves Baseball Association constitution By-Law VII Player Releases E. (as noted below)
Any player wishing to play up must complete the Player Up Request Form and forward or drop off at the Snack Shack in a sealed envelope to President, John Cooke jjddcooke@sympatico.ca and VP of Rep Select, John Ruta johnruta@rogers.com by Thursday September 2nd, 2010.
Forms received after this date will not be accepted.

Any player playing in the BBBA Rep system ie permitted to advance to a higher series as per Baseball Ontario Rules (Section P1.5 and P2.10) and York Simcoe Baseball Association Rules (30.ii. Player Eligibility and 12. Playing Rules). A committee of three (3) coaches will determine whether the player has the ability to advance to a higher series. These coaches will be selected by the President and will be independent from the effected teams

baseball opportunities to it's membership and community.
Coaches' applications are being accepted up to FRIDAY AUGUST 20th. If applying for a coaching position please be sure to indicate the division you are requesting to coach and forward to the VP of Rep/Select, John Ruta johnruta@rogers.com

Minor Peewee Braves win YSBA Championship
Congratulations to the Minor Peewee Braves on going 5-0 and beating 1st place Vaughan twice to bring home the 2010 YSBA Minor Peewee Championship this past weekend in Vaughan. Congrats to all the boys on a great performance and to head coach, John Ruta and assistants Jim Spero, Dave Mortimer and Derek Nottle. Way to go boys!!

2011 Rep/Select Coaches Application

We are still determining what rep levels we will have next year to best support the community. Please indicate your desired age level when completing the form.
Deadline for submissions is; Friday August 20th, 2010

2010 Volunteer of the Year Nominations
Each year on opening day, Bolton Braves Baseball acknowledges an individual for their outstanding volunteer service within our association.
As our association is totally run by dedicated volunteers from coaches and parents to the select executive board members, there will be many deserving members that shoul dbe nominated.
